Disclosed in the present invention is a hand function rehabilitation device having an intention perception function, the device comprising: a host, which comprises a power module, an intention perception module, a rehabilitation training module, an assessment analysis module, and a control module; a glove body having five independent single-finger sleeves that match the fingers; and a transmission mechanism, which transmits a driving force output by the power module to the glove body to drive the single-finger sleeves of the glove body to perform bending and stretching movements. The intention perception module analyzes collected pressure signals and bending angle signals of a user's fingers and forearm electromyographic signals of the corresponding hand to determine the user's finger movement intention, and then the power module provides an auxiliary driving force for finger movement. In the present invention, the hand function rehabilitation device has an intention perception function and can automatically provide the auxiliary driving force for a patient based on a determination by intention perception to enable the patient to perform active training, thereby effectively improving a rehabilitation training effect.
