A hand-held automatic winding device for adhesive tape includes a bottom plate (1), a top plate (2), an inner gear ring (5), two mid-gears (6), a mounting seat (7) for adhesive tape, a driving gear (8), a curb gun (13) and two driven gears (9). The inner gear ring (5) is mounted between the bottom plate (1) and the top plate (2), the driving gear (8), the two mid-gears (6) and the two driven gears (9) are all mounted in the inner gear ring (5), and the mounting seat (7) for adhesive tape is set above the inner gear ring (5). The shaft (14) of the driving gear (8) passes through the top plate (2), and the curb gun (13) causes the driving gear(8) to rotate by the shaft (14). The driving gear (8) engages with the two mid-gears (6), the two mid-gears (6) engage with the two driven gears (9), and the two driven gears (9) engage with the inner gear ring (5) respectively. The sides of the bottom plate (1), the top plate (2) and the inner gear ring (5) all include an opening (12). The curb gun (13) is a pneumatic or electric curb gun.
