Abstract:
Disclosed are a hand-held Chinese-food processing method and a processing device. The processing method comprises: putting cooked food into a sizing container to get a food bolus; wrapping the food bolus with a flatbread to form a food package (3); and baking the food package. The processing device comprises a heating base plate (21) in which a first groove (31) is provided. The processing device further comprises a heating cover plate (22) cooperating with the heating base plate (21), a second groove (32) being provided in the heating cover plate (22). The second groove (32) is opposite the first groove (31) such that the second groove (32) and the first groove (31) form a containing cavity for containing the food package (3) when the heating cover plate (22) is engaged with the heating base plate (21). The solution avoids the procedure of cleaning tableware after meal, thus eliminating health hazards and maintaining the deliciousness and nutrition of the food.
