Abstract:
A hand-held cleaning machine mainly includes: motor (11), speed reducer (10), pump body (3), nozzle (1), and handle (4). There are a main transmission shaft (7) and at least a driven shaft (13) installed in the pump body (3). The main transmission shaft (7) connects with the speed reducer (10) in transmission, and a driving hydraulic gear (8) is fixed on the main transmission shaft (7). The driving hydraulic gear (8) engages with a driven hydraulic gear (12) fixed on the driven shaft (13) relative to transmission. Water inlet and outlet cavities (19,15) constituting water flow channels are formed in the pump body (3). The water inlet and outlet cavities (19,15) communicate with a cavity in which the driving hydraulic gear (8) fixed on the main transmission shaft (7) and the driven hydraulic gear (12) fixed on the driven shaft (13) exist. Therefore, high pressure is generated by the engagement of the driving hydraulic gear (8) and the driven hydraulic gear (12) rotating in high speed. Compared with the existing plunger pump, the said structure is simple, water flows into the cavity rapidly. The time of water inlet is shorter more than 10 times in contrast to the common plunger pump. In addition, a pressure relief return valve (21) is adjustably installed on the pump body (3) to increase the security protection performance of the machine.
