Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a hand-held ophthalmological device that is easy to operate and with which stable measurements/examinations can be performed. [Solution] The device is provided with: a main device body that has an ophthalmoscopic optical system for performing examinations or measurements of an eye to be tested by projecting an ophthalmoscopic beam on the eye to be tested and receiving the reflected light therefrom; a detector disposed in the main device body and for detecting the relative deviation of the eye to be tested from the optical axis of the ophthalmoscopic optical system; a deviation-correcting optical system disposed as a portion of the ophthalmoscopic optical system and for correcting the deviation; and a drive unit that drives the deviation-correcting optical system on the basis of the output from the deviation detector.
