Abstract:
A hand-held work machine is provided with a main body which comprises a prime mover, and a handle which is fixed to the main body and is to be held by a user. The handle is formed by a pipe, and furthermore, at least one reinforcing member is provided in a portion of the longitudinal range of the handle. The reinforcing member can be made, for example, of a pipe. It is preferable to dispose the reinforcing member inside the handle. It is preferable that a fixed portion of the handle be included in the longitudinal range wherein the reinforcing member is provided, said fixed portion being that portion of the handle which is fixed to the main body.
