Abstract:
A hand knife that can avoid its blade (3) falling off accidentally is disclosed, in which the force line of an acting force on the engaged position of the blade (3) and a holding member (8) extends through above the axis of the rotating axle (13) mounting the holding member (8). When the blade (3) is pulled out by an external force from a knife rest (2) , an anticlockwise torque is caused to act on the holding member (8), so the holding member (8) further firmly restrains the blade (3), thus preventing the blade (3) from falling off accidentally.
