Abstract:
The object of the present invention is to provide a hand mill system for a grinder which maximizes pulverizing and discharge efficiency according to the grinding of crops and minimizes grinding load of a lower fixed hand mill and an upper rotating hand mill according to the grinding, thereby lengthening the life of the grinder due to minimization of heat generation and operation of a drive motor by regular power. The hand mill system of the present invention comprises: a fixed hand mill comprising a grooved and sloped grinding surface which is controlled by being lifted or lowered and comprises a crops inlet and a plurality of irregular rings of concentric circular shape, and a lower horizontal grinding surface; and a rotating hand mill comprising radial discharge grooves installed at 120-degree angles, grinding protrusions formed on an inclined line, and a protruded and sloped grinding surface which comprises an axis hole to be coupled with the drive motor, an upper horizontal grinding surface, and a plurality of irregular rings of concentric circular shape. The hand mill system for a grinder comprises a fixed hand mill wherein a grinding induction groove is formed on an inclined line in the grooved and slope grinding surface and grinding discharge grooves are formed on the outermost part thereof, and a rotating hand mill wherein discharging grooves corresponding to the grinding discharge grooves are formed.
