Abstract:

A hand operated food processor includes a main body comprising a basement and an upper cover; a cutter subassembly and a crank handle subassembly. The basement is open and has a columniform cavity. A mounting flange is provided in the cavity. The upper cover is fitted on the basement, and has a enter open for food. A crank handle hole is provided on the side of the main body. The cutter subassembly has a annular cutter frame and cutters which fixed on the cutter frame. A taper gear loop is formed around the cutter frame, and the cutter subassembly is horizontally mounted on the cutter frame of the basement. The crank handle subassembly has a crank handle, a rotational shaft which is mounted on the crank handle hole, and a taper gear which is mounted on the front part of the rotational shaft of the crank handle and mated with the taper gear loop of the cutter frame.
