Abstract:
A video camera (212), a white LED light (202), and an LED light (213) of another wavelength are arranged around the region where a cutting tool (201) of the land lice for dental cutting. A light source (211), a power supply (210), a DSP/CPU (207), and a transmitter (206) are provided to the hand piece on the unit side. A receiver (216) receives the video from the video camera (212) during cutting and converts it into an image for the operator to visually recognize the cut portion. A visualizer comprises a display screen (215) that the operator views to perform treatment and a monitor (218) for patient. While viewing the dead area, which the dentist cannot directly see, in real time, the dentist can perform treatment, achieving a good treatment efficiency.
