Abstract:
Smaller (11) and larger (12) hand or table device for dry embossing with 360° rotation having a rotating addition with a circular modification (8) and an advanced modification with teeth (9). Rotating parts are easily removable and allow rotation of dry trademark for use in all directions and parts of a paper. Specially designed table stand allows the use of a system in two positions handheld and desktop.

Claims:
CLAIMS

First The device for the embbossment with rotary addition (7) wherein the rotating addition has two modifications (8) and (9) wherein that by placing them on to the stamp holder enables unhindered rotation of the stamp.

Second The seal of the device according to claim 1 , wherein that the addition of rotation (8) has a radius sufficient for securely seating the addition holder to rotate without disabeling rotation.

Third The seal of the device according to claim 1 , wherein that the addition of rotation (9) has a radius sufficient to safely engage gear teeth on the another gear with the possibility of precise rotation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Technical Field to which the invention is presented

This invention relates to a device for dry/embossing seal with the possibility of rotation of the stamp/seal plates as well as handheld and desktop use in all directions, according to the International Classification (IPC) is classified as:

16 P0143 seals for marks 160052 and

IPC Agreement concerning the No. 4 Class 16 seals [marks].

Technical problem

Using dry/emboss seal to documents provided special note, and has been standard for decades in history. When creating a dry/embossing stamp engraved plate is fixed to the body of the holder plate in a position that prevents the use of the seal in all directions and to all parts of the paper.

State of the technique

Currently, on the market, there is no option either solutions for a device for a dry seal that can be used in all directions to all parts of A4 paper from the edge to the middle but only emphasizes that it is intended for only one side and one angle of the paper.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the invention is to improve performance by using the device for dry/embossing seal.

The secondary objective of the invention is to provide the use of dry/embossing seal in all directions and in all parts of A4 paper or paper other dimensions, as well as the quick and easy exchange between handheld and desktop use.

Dry/embosser seal device comprising of a body, holders for an addition that enables rotation, an addition that enables rotation, engraving plate and desk stand for desktop use.

An addition that enables rotation is designed to be easily removed and placed on the plate holder. Seal plates from seal are glued to addition and all together can be freely rotated 360°. In addition to the rotation, there are prominent labels for compass direction of the position of the seal on paper and selecting the desired compass direction on the lower and upper part allows the use of the seal in that position. Pressing the handle embossed seal mark remains on the paper at a selected angle. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

The drawings that are attached to and forming part of the description illustrate the best mode for carrying out the invention and are intended to explain the basic principles of the invention.

Handles (1 ) for the addition of the rotation of the stamp/seal (7) have two levels (2) and (3). Level (2) shows the layout (4) has a special slot for easier and faster installation and removal of the device for rotation (7).

Addition for rotation (7) comes in two options: a) without gear teeth

b) with gear teeth

Without gear teeth option consists of placing the additive (7) to the holder body (1 ) consisting of the joined parts (5) and (6) and in addition to rotation (7) is fixed to the stamp plate. The stamp can then be rotated in all directions.

Option with teeth is a more accurate method that involves a modification of the additive of rotation (7) with teeth (9) and the inner plate (3) of the portion for receiving the allowance for rotation (7) sets a part of the another teeth gear settings and after connecting the add-on holder body allows precise control of the rotation and the rotation in one or both direction, with a minimum noise. Internal extension of the part (8) and (9) is an elliptical and off-center to facilitate putting on and removing the part (4).

Addition for rotation allows rotation of the engraved embossing plate which automatically gives the user the freedom to use a dry stamp in all angles and positions as with previous versions it was not possible.

The smaller model (12) reaches the edge of the paper while a larger (longer) model (1 1 ) can put the dry seal in the middle of A4 paper and at all other positions.

Simple versions of the rotation (8) are placed on the holder part to rotate (1 ,5 and 6) to click on the system upper and lower part and the user by rotating the two parts changes the position of the seal mark. On the addition of the compass, the indications stand side (Figure 3) will be facilitating orientation and set the desired position.

Advanced versions (9) has teeth on the addition of rotation (7) and the additive holder for rotation (3) has gear teeth for precise setting and fixing the addition for rotation. The addition for rotation with the plate (7) is easily replaceable part of the same device that can be used for several different designs of the stamp.

By placing a dry/embossing hand seal device (11 ) or (12) into the desk stand enables desktop usage.

Application of the invention

The invention provides a practical, durable and useful device that can be economically produced and which includes important improvements over previous devices of this type.

Experts will be apparent that the present invention addresses a problrm of fixed embossing seal and usage in just one position on the paper.
