Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an attachment structure which is for a hand unit, and with which the hand unit attached to a leading end part of a conveyance device can be easily replaced and various kinds of workpieces can be handled. [Solution] This hand unit attachment structure is capable of attaching a hand unit to a conveyance device in a replaceable manner, the structure being characterized by having: a first attachment member provided to the conveyance device side; a second attachment member attached to the first attachment member; and a connection part provided to the hand unit side, wherein a mutual positioning member is provided between the first attachment member and the second attachment member, and an attachment angle adjustment mechanism for the hand unit is provided between the second attachment member and the connection part.
