A handcart equipped with a DC fast switch and a DC circuit breaker cabinet using the handcart, pertaining to the field of high voltage switches. The handcart equipped with a DC fast switch comprises a cart body (1) and a fast mechanical switch (2) disposed on the cart body (1). Two ports of the fast mechanical switch (2) are respectively connected to main ports (A, B) for connecting to two terminals of a main through-current branch in the DC circuit breaker, and the two main ports (A, B) are respectively in conductive connection with sub-ports (C, D) so as to form a parallel connection with a commutating branch and an energy-consuming branch in the DC circuit breaker. The main ports (A, B) for connection to the main through-current branch and the sub-ports (C, D) for parallel connection to the transfer branch and the energy-consuming branch are integrated on the same handcart, eliminating the need for a large-sized disconnection switch, and simplifying a wiring method, thereby greatly reducing the size of the DC circuit breaker, allowing the product to be compact, easy to operate, and convenient for maintenance of the fast mechanical switch.
