Abstract:
A handheld electric cutting machine that uses a motor, in which batteries (10) serve as a power supply, to drive the rotation of a cutting tool, and that performs grooving on wood materials, such as cutting grooves and digging mortises, wherein the motor is accommodated in a motor housing (31A), and a battery mounting part is provided on the external surface of the motor housing (31A), a plurality of batteries (10) being mounted to the battery mounting part as a power supply, thus connecting the plurality of batteries (10) in series.
