A handheld gimbal (100), comprising a handheld portion (10), a first shaft assembly (20), and a first locking assembly (23). The first shaft assembly (20) comprises a first motor (21) connected to one end of the handheld portion (10), and a first shaft arm (22), and the first shaft arm (22) is connected to a rotor of the first motor (21); the first locking assembly (23) comprises a first locking portion (231) and a second locking portion (232). The handheld gimbal (100) can be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state.
