Abstract:
A handheld or vehicle-mounted, fully-automatic and intelligent battery testing system. The battery testing system comprises a battery (1) to be tested, a controller power source (2), a controller (3), a constant current source (4), a pulse circuit (5), a first filtering and sampling circuit (6), and a second filtering and sampling circuit (7). The battery testing system comprises an equivalent internal resistance detection circuit and a virtual voltage detection circuit. The equivalent internal resistance detection circuit comprises the controller (3), the constant current source (4), the pulse circuit (5), the battery (1) to be tested, the controller power source (2), and the first filtering and sampling circuit (6). The virtual voltage detection circuit comprises the controller (3), the constant current source (4), the pulse circuit (5), the battery (1) to be tested, the controller power source (2), and the second filtering and sampling circuit (7). The battery testing system can simultaneously detect alternating current component and direct current component voltages of a battery, can better determine a battery status, and can achieve nondestructive testing of the battery by using small current for testing during a testing process.
