Abstract:
Provided is a handle device for operating an inner cable inserted through an outer cable, the handle device having: a handle base to which an operation handle having the inner cable connected thereto is affixed; and a cable holding section provided to the handle base in order to hold the outer cable and fitting in a circumferential groove which is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the outer cable and which has a radially reduced diameter. The cable holding section has: a fitting section fitting in the circumferential groove and holding the outer cable; and a pair of guide sections provided facing each other so as to fit in the circumferential groove from both sides and constituting an insertion groove for guiding the circumferential groove to the fitting section.
