Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to provide a medical device handle with improved handleability and a medical device. The present invention provides a medical device handle (handle 3) which is to be mounted on the proximal end side of a flexible tubular member (catheter tube 2) and comprises a handle body 31 and a rotational manipulation unit 32 which has a rotating plate 320 that is rotatably mounted to the handle body 31 and which is used in rotational manipulation for bending the area of the distal end of the tubular member. The rotating plate 320 comprises: a main body D1 that is manipulated during the rotational manipulation; and an attaching member D2 which is removably provided on the main body D1 and has a guide mechanism (guide rail 322) that prescribes routes for one or a plurality of manipulable wires (manipulable wires 41a, 41b) for bending the area of the distal end of the tubular member in response to the rotational manipulation.
