Abstract:
A covered part (20) of a circular rim (15) is provided with a groove (21) along the circumference of the arc. A heater wire (22) is accommodated in the groove (21). A surface sheath (23) is provided for covering the heater wire (22) and the covered part (20) of the rim (15). With a simple configuration, the line of the heater wire (22) is impeded from standing out under the surface sheath (23) covering the heater wire (22) and the covered part (20) of the rim (15). A satisfactory outward appearance can be ensured and productivity can be improved.
