Disclosed are a handle quick-disassembly structure (10) and a photographic device (100). The handle quick-disassembly structure (10) is connected to a handle (20) to be held and comprises a structure body (11) and a locking mechanism arranged on the structure body (11), the locking mechanism comprising an adjustment member (12) and a lock accessory (13) linked to the adjustment member (12). The lock accessory (13) is connected to the structure body (11) by means of a shaft, and rotates around the shaft under the adjustment by the adjustment member (12) so as to lock a photographic body (30) or release the photographic body (30) after the photographic body (30) is fitted on the structure body (11). The handle quick-disassembly structure (10) is arranged at the handle (20) to be held, and the locking and unlocking of the photographic body (30) by the lock accessory (13) can be adjusted by means of the adjustment member (12) of the handle quick-disassembly structure (10), thereby satisfying the demand for quick disassembling of the handle (20) to be held from the photographic body (30) without an additionally equipped tool or accessory for assembly.
