Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a handling method for radio link failure, a user terminal and a network side device, the method comprising: recording as radio link failure information a radio link failure occurring in a user terminal; if the user terminal in a current cell enters a connected state or an inactive state, reporting the radio link failure information to a network side.
