Abstract:

Disclosed is a handover method that comprises a step wherein a wireless access network device on a first mobile communication system acquires and stores service description data which specifies the services offered to a mobile station, and a step wherein the wireless access network device on the first mobile communication system, in the procedure to perform a hard handover, determines, based on the service description data, whether to transfer downlink data received from a parent node to a wireless access network device on a second mobile communication system that is not equipped with a sorting function for incoming downlink data.
