Abstract:

Provided in the present invention are a handover processing method and device. The method comprises: a source eNB receives at least one from UE uplink grant information and UE access instruction information of a target eNB, wherein the UE access instruction information is instruction information for the UE to access a target cell; the source eNB sends, according to the at least one from the UE uplink grant information and the UE access instruction information, to the target eNB a downlink data state report of the UE; and the source eNB forwards, according to the at least one from the UE uplink grant information and the UE access instruction information, to the target eNB downlink data of the UE. The present invention solves the problem of the related art in which downlink data cannot be sent to UE in a timely manner because related downlink data and a downlink data state report might not be available in a target eNB. In this way, the present invention prevents temporary service interruption, and improves user experience.
