Abstract:
Disclosed are a handrail device having an anti-freeze function and a ship comprising same. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is the handrail device having the anti-freeze function comprising: a hollow handrail body which is supported by a ship body and used as a handle for passengers; and a heater portion for supplying heat to the handrail body, wherein the interior of the handrail body is in a vacuum state.
