Abstract:
A hangover-easing and liver-protecting beverage and a preparation method therefor. The beverage comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of a red fleshed dragon fruit fermentation stock solution, 30-60 parts of fructooligosaccharide, 20-30 parts of xylitol, 20-30 parts of a Root of Lobed Kudzuvine extract, 20-30 parts of Japanese Raisin Tree Seed extract, 0.5×10-4-1.0×10-4 parts of nicotinamide, 0.5×10-6-1.0×10-6 parts of vitamin B12, 0.1×10-4-0.5×10-4 parts of vitamin B6, 0.1×10-5-0.5×10-5 part of folic acid, and 600-800 parts of water. The preparation method comprises: homogenizing, filling, microwave sterilization, cooling, labeling, code spraying, and packaging.
