Abstract:
According to the present invention, a hangover relief beverage composition contains a peanut sprout extract, and preferably, 50-90 wt% of the peanut sprout extract is contained on the basis of the total weight of the composition. According to the present invention, an excellent effect of the composition for relieving a hangover caused by alcohol was ascertained through an in vitro experiment and an in vivo mouse experiment.
