Abstract:
A harbor entrance security system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of image capturing devices for capturing an image of a vehicle seeking to enter from a harbor entrance authentication area and images of multiple sides of the vehicle positioned in the harbor entrance authentication area to generate an image; an entrance control device for preventing or allowing entry to the harbor entrance authentication area and entry to a dock; and a harbor entrance authentication device for authenticating the vehicle and a container of the vehicle by using the image captured by the plurality of image capturing devices and, on the basis of the authentication result, allowing the vehicle to pass through the harbor entrance authentication area and enter the dock according to the result of authenticating the driver of the vehicle by using biometric information on the driver of the vehicle. Thus, the present invention has an advantage in that security can be enhanced by authenticating the vehicle, and the container of the vehicle, and the driver of the vehicle in the harbor entrance authentication area before the vehicle carrying the container enters the dock and then allowing the vehicle to enter the dock.
