Abstract:
This hard-coat composition for a metal substrate includes a film-forming component containing at least: (A) a urethane (meth)acrylate having a carboxyl group and having a solid acid value of 0.5-2.0 mg KOH/g; (B) a urethane (meth)acrylate having no carboxyl groups; (C) a thermoplastic resin having a carboxyl group and having a solid acid value of 1.0-30 mg/KOH/g; and (D) a silane coupling agent.
