Abstract:

Provided is a hard tip band-saw blade in which groups of saw teeth are repeatedly provided and each group of saw teeth is constituted by two groups of small saw teeth. In a first group of small saw teeth, a plurality of saw teeth include a first leading tooth and a first following tooth, and in a second group of small saw teeth, a plurality of saw teeth include a second leading tooth, a second following tooth, and a third following tooth. Among tooth-tip corner sections, the following protrude out by the largest amount in the left-right direction: tooth-tip corner sections of the hard tip of the first following tooth; a tooth-tip corner section on the left side of the hard tip of the second following tooth; and a tooth-tip corner section on the right side of the hard tip of the third following tooth.
