Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are an HARQ feedback method and apparatus for an SPS PDSCH, a terminal and a network side device. By delaying, when a PUCCH resource used by HARQ-ACK based on an SPS PDSCH indicated by activation DCI is an invalid resource, first HARQ-ACK corresponding to the SPS PDSCH to a target time slot, and determining whether second HARQ-ACK of a dynamic PDSCH and a time slot offset K value set exist in the target time slot to determine whether to feedback the first HARQ-ACK in the target time slot, the HARQ-ACK discard rate of the SPS PDSCH is reduced, and modifications to existing feedback codebook determining processes are avoided, thereby reducing the impact on the agreement and implementation.
