Disclosed is a harvesting, packaging and conveying system, comprising: a support assembly; a conveying assembly disposed on the support assembly, wherein planting boards (30) are placed on the conveying assembly after root cutting, and an operator receives the planting boards (30) from the conveying assembly and takes plants from the planting boards (30); packaging benches (40) disposed on a side face of the support assembly and serving as a workbench for the operator to package the plants from the planting boards (30); and a drain assembly arranged on the support assembly and in communication with the conveying assembly to collect water flowing down from the planting boards (30), and then drain the water thereby. The planting boards (30) are, after root cutting, conveyed to the packaging benches (40) by means of the conveying assembly, and the operator takes vegetables from the planting boards (30), packages the vegetables using packaging bags for storage in a storehouse, and places the planting boards (30) on the conveying assembly after removing the plants to continuously transport the planting boards to a cleaning machine for subsequent cleaning, thus improving the labour efficiency and reducing the labour consumption.
