Abstract:
A terminal device 10 comprises: a video data acquisition unit 21 that acquires video data captured of an area around a moving body; a hazard information detection unit 30 that detects, from the video data, hazard information and the type thereof; and a hazard information communication control unit 32 that transmits the hazard information detected by the hazard information detection unit 30 to a server device 40, and receives, from the server device 40, hazard information for which notification is to be provided, when positioning within a notification area specified by the server device 40.
