Abstract:
A HDPE hollow wall composite multi-rib reinforced coil pipe, comprising hollow pipe walls (1) and a multi-rib reinforcement framework (2), the multi-rib reinforcement framework (2) being composed of a mutually parallel upper plate (3) and lower plate (4) and a plurality of ribs (6) arranged in multiple rows between the upper plate and the lower plate in a supporting manner, adjacent hollow pipe walls being vertically connected by means of HDPE hot melt material (5), the hollow pipe walls being HDPE material, and the multi-rib reinforcement framework being polymeric material. The present HDPE hollow wall composite multi-rib reinforced coil pipe improves the weakness of the low ring stiffness of hollow wall coil pipes by compositing a polymeric multi-rib reinforcement framework in the HDPE hollow wall cavity, improving ring stiffness whilst ensuring the original ring flexibility, such that the mechanical properties of the pipe material are greatly improved.
