Abstract:
A head and face wearing pressure measurement device (100) and system. The device comprises a human head model (10) and a flexible sensor (20). The human head model (10) comprises a hard bottom housing (11) and a flexible skin layer (12), and the flexible skin layer (12) is arranged outside the hard bottom housing (11); the flexible sensor (20) is arranged outside a detection area of the flexible skin layer (12); the flexible sensor (20) comprises insulating pad cloth (21) and a plurality of conductive wires (22); the plurality of conductive wires (22) are interwoven on the insulating pad cloth (21) in a criss-cross manner, and two conductive wires (22) at a crisscross point are separated by the insulating pad cloth (21) to serve as a pressure detection point. The flexible sensor (20) and the human head model (10) have a good degree of fitness, so that the pressure detection requirements for a head and face wearable device can be satisfied. In addition, the flexible sensor (20) is in direct contact with the head and face wearable device, so that a more accurate pressure distribution boundary can be obtained, the problem of pressure dispersion caused by indirect measurement is avoided, and the pressure measurement precision is improved.
