Abstract:
A head-mounted display apparatus and a control method. The head-mounted display apparatus comprises an input element (30), a control module (40), a display screen (10), a housing (20) for housing the display screen (10) and a wearable sensor (50) provided on the housing (20). The wearable sensor (50) is used for detecting whether the head-mounted display apparatus is being worn. When the wearable sensor (50) detects that the head-mounted display apparatus is not being worn, the control module (40) does not respond to an input action applied on the input element (30). By not responding to the input action, the case where the head-mounted display apparatus is mistakenly touched when being taken off can be avoided.
