Abstract:
A content input method, applied to head-mounted display equipment comprising a display device and a touch input device. Said method comprises: in response to a content input request, controlling a display device to display a soft keyboard input interface, the soft keyboard input interface including first and second selection regions, the first selection region including an initial row and a final row, the initial row including initial first letter sections, the final row including final first letter sections; in response to inputted first and second touch actions, selecting an initial first letter and a final first letter from the initial row and the final row, respectively, to form initial and final combinations; controlling to display, in the second selection region, Chinese pinyin and/or characters corresponding to the initial and final combinations; performing a selection of the displayed Chinese pinyin and/or characters in response to an inputted third touch action, and selecting a character. The invention thus can facilitate a user in input when wearing head-mounted display equipment.
