A head-sensing headlamp device, having a harness (11) placed on a head and shining light externally, comprising: a set member (1), a main controller (2) installed at the set member (1), the main controller (2) having therein a receiving unit (21) and a control unit (22). The receiving unit (21) is in a wireless or wired connection with the control unit (22). A sensing member (3) is electrically connected to the main controller (2) and disposed in the set member (1). The sensing member (3) detects an inclination angle of the head and generates an information signal (4). The information signal (4) is transmitted to the receiving (21) unit of the main controller (2) for reception. At least two lamps (5) are respectively electrically connected to the control unit (22) of the main controller (2). After the receiving unit (21) of the main controller (2) receives the information signal (4), the control unit (22) is initiated to control an on-off state, light intensity and illumination sequence of the at least two lamps (5). When a user wears the device and works, the sensing member (3) detects a head angle change caused by head movement, and the main controller (2) controls the on-off sequence of each lamp (5).
