Abstract:
Provided are a head unit and a head supply unit. According to the present invention, a head unit, which is for discharging a material comprising a shapeable plastic material, comprises: a head pipe which guides the movement of a material; a head heater which surrounds a part of the head pipe or the entire head pipe and is for adjusting the temperature of the material moving inside the head pipe; and a discharge port which is provided on one end of the pipe and is for discharging the material outward. Moreover, a head supply unit, according to the present invention, comprises: an inlet port into which a material comprising a shapeable plastic material flows; an inlet pipe which guides the material flowed in through the inlet port; a head supply heater which is for adjusting the temperature of the material passing through the inlet pipe; and a head coupling unit which is for coupling the head unit for discharging the material. Therefore, smooth discharge can be performed by means of controlling the temperature of a material which could easily deteriorate or be hardened or cured, and the material can be discharged at various positions and angles. Therefore, a more complicated and detailed 3D object can be manufactured.
