Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a head-up display and a display control method. The head-up display comprises a display assembly and a reflection screen. The display assembly comprises: a light source configured to emit a beam; a light modulation member and a reflective display, wherein the light modulation member is provided along a beam propagation direction and is configured to alternately modulate the beam in two different deflection angles, so that the beam is alternately projected to the reflective display along a first direction and a second direction after passing through the light modulation member, the reflective display is provided at the downstream of the light modulation member in a light path, and is configured to generate a first image in response to the beam projected to the reflective display along the first direction, and generate a second image in response to the beam projected to the reflective display along the second direction; and a relay optical device provided at the downstream of the reflective display in the light path, and configured to respectively project the beam carrying the first image and the beam carrying the second image to two different positions of the reflection screen, so as to respectively form virtual images of the first image and the second image on the side of the reflection screen opposite to a viewing side, and at different distances from the reflection screen.
