Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a compact head-up display device.
A head-up display device H according to the present disclosure is provided with a display unit 1 which displays an image IMG1 in a display region 10, a display control unit 40 which causes the display unit 1 to display the image IMG1, smaller than the display region 10, a display image deforming unit 40 which subjects the image IMG1 to image warping based on warp mesh points W distributed in a lattice formation including the four corners of the image IMG1 and a point at the center thereof, to generate a warped image IMG2, a reflecting unit 2 which causes display light L issued from the display unit 1 to be reflected onto a windshield glass WS of a vehicle, and a projection position changing unit 3 which rotates the reflecting unit 2 to change the position on the windshield glass WS at which the display light L is projected. The display control unit 40 causes the warped image IMG2 to be displayed in the display region 10 in such a way that a center point WC of the warp mesh points W is positioned lower than a center point 10C of the display region 10.
