Abstract:
This head-up display (100) projects an image on a transparent windshield (220) and makes a virtual image visible to an observer. The head-up display (100) is provided with a display device (110), a relay optical system (120), and a projection optical system (130). The display device (110) displays an image. The relay optical system (120) forms an intermediate image of the image displayed by the display device (110). The projection optical system (130) reflects the intermediate image formed by the relay optical system (120) and projects said intermediate image on the windshield (220).
