Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a head-up display (HUD) that can improve visibility of an HUD image by blocking the view ahead that forms the background of the image. This HUD is provided with a polarizing film (3) which is provided on a windshield (5) and is for transmitting light of one orthogonal polarized component, and polarized glasses (4) which transmit light of another orthogonal polarized component and are used to observe the image projected onto the windshield (5).
