A hanger (12) has a post (12d) having a protrusion (13). The protrusion (13) comprises: a first protrusion (13f) and a second protrusion (13r) that protrude in mutually opposite directions on a second axis line (C13fr) orthogonal to a first axis line (C12d); and a third protrusion (13c) that protrudes on a third axis line (C13c) orthogonal to the first axis line (C12d) and to the second axis line (C13fr). A coupling part (5) has a containing part (33) that engages with and contains the protrusion (13). The hanger (12) is coupled to the coupling part (5) by a mechanism in which the protrusion (13) is engaged with and contained by the containing part (33) in such a manner that the hanger (12) is allowed to rotate about the first axis line (C12d) within a first given angle range and that when the post (12d) is at the position of one of the two ends of the first given angle range, the hanger (12) is allowed to rotate about the second axis line (C13fr) within a second given angle range; namely, to rotate to be folded.
