Abstract:
This headphone comprises: a microphone (11) for picking up ambient sound outside an external auditory canal of a user; a microphone (12) for picking up sound within the external auditory canal; a speaker (15) for releasing sound toward the external auditory canal; a determiner (51) for determining whether or not wind noise is being generated, by means of a comparison between a first signal based on the sound pickup by the microphone (11) and a second signal based on the sound pickup by the microphone (12); and a processing unit (40) for adding an inputted signal to the first signal and outputting a resultant signal to the speaker (15) if the determiner (51) determines that wind noise is not being generated.
