Abstract:
In this headrest having a core material, an audio speaker, and an audio microphone, the audio microphone is disposed within a recess provided in the core material, and a sound collection surface of the audio microphone is disposed rearward of a vibrating surface of the audio speaker. An opening at the leading end of the recess may be disposed at a position anterior to the leading end of the vibrating surface of the audio speaker. The recess may be formed in a shape that tapers off from the opening of the recess toward the bottom thereof. Deterioration in accuracy of voice recognition by the audio microphone can be prevented even when the audio microphone is disposed near the audio speaker.
