Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a health degree evaluation method and apparatus based on an intelligent operations and maintenance scene. The method comprises: collecting log data and configuration data of an operations and maintenance system; preprocessing the log data and the configuration data to construct a service key information database; on the basis of data and tags of configuration ids in each set time interval, respectively training a vector autoregression model and an LSTM-AE model to obtain a vector autoregression model anomaly score and an LSTM-AE model anomaly score of each configuration id at a predicted time; integrating the vector autoregression model anomaly scores and the LSTM-AE model anomaly scores of the configuration ids at the predicted time to obtain anomaly scores of the configuration ids at the predicted time; and on the basis of the anomaly score of each configuration id at the predicted time, calculating a health degree of the operations and maintenance system at the predicted time. The present invention realizes health degree evaluation of intelligent operations and maintenance scenes.
