Abstract:
Provided are a health enhancing liquor produced by ultra-low-temperature cell disruption and a preparation method thereof. The health enhancing liquor comprises: a main liquor; and nutrition-enhancing ingredients. The nutrition-enhancing ingredients comprise the following components in the following parts by weight: 1-10 parts of leaves of a pine sapling; 1-5 parts of leaves of an aged cypress tree; 0.5-5 parts of wild ginseng; 5-15 parts of walnuts; 5-15 parts of truffles; 1-10 parts of Lepidium peruvianum; and 8-15 parts of seeds of Moringaceae. A sum of the ingredients and the main liquor have a solid-liquid ratio of 1:10-15. The preparation method of the health enhancing liquor comprises: measuring the respective nutrition-enhancing ingredients; placing the respective ingredients in a low-temperature reactor, and performing low-temperature cell disruption at temperatures from -151˚C to -380˚C for 120-168 h; and mixing and reacting with the main liquor, and performing filtration to obtain the health enhancing liquor.
