Abstract:
This health management server, which is connected to a terminal via a network, is provided with: a storage unit for storing health management subject information related to a health management subject provided with the terminal, inquiry information, and response information; a reception unit for receiving message information or image information transmitted from the terminal; an analysis unit which analyzes language information on the basis of the received message information, and acquires inquiry information from the analyzed language information; a generation unit which extracts response information corresponding to the acquired inquiry information, and generates an example sentence on the basis of the extracted response information; an evaluation unit which uses a certainty factor indicating the likelihood of the response information, to evaluate the extracted response information; a correction unit which corrects the example sentence and the evaluation on the basis of the health management subject information; and a transmission unit which transmits, to the terminal, the corrected example sentence and evaluation.
