Abstract:
[Problem] To enable health to be managed in consideration of differences between individuals. [Solution] A health management system according to the present invention includes: a vital data acquisition unit which acquires vital data on a user; a food ingredient acquisition unit which acquires a food ingredient that is being ingested by a user; an analysis processing unit which analyzes the relationship between the ingestion amount of the food ingredient and the improvement or degeneration in the vital data; and a food ingredient output unit which outputs a food ingredient that improves the vital data and a food ingredient that degenerates the vital data.
