HEALTH POOL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a health pool and more particularly, a health pool for forcibly and rapidly circulating the water mono-directionally to thereby obtain best swimming effect, for heavily performing the swimming exercise by using a human body pulling unit, for safely performing the swimming exercise of children, safely enabling the old and the weak to perform the swimming exercise, and for performing the walking exercise of the weak in the flowing water.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, the health and the swimming athlete have to use the swimming pool, the river, the sea, or the pool for house to perform swimming exercise, or the old and the weak have to use the swimming pool, the river, the sea, or the pool for house to recover their health or to promote the health. However, the river or the sea is dangerous to not only a novice, the old and the weak, to but also the swimming athlete. Also, since the river or the sea mostly is far apart from a residental area, it has inconvenience in that the people have to go a lone way to swim In addition, it has the disadvantage in that the people can not swim in the winter.

Accordingly, in the case that the people use the swimming pool near to the residental area, they can use the swimming pool and swim throughout the year. However, it is unhealthy because of using the swimming pool by many people and they have to pay the expensive rental fee. Further, it has less swimming effect than that in the sea or the river. Now that only the water is holden in the swimming pool except for the particular case, the swimming effect, the interest or the thrill is deteriorated. Therefore, to remove the disadvantage, while the water circulation swimming pool to circulate the water in the swimming pool mono-directionally is made, it necessitates the power of the large capacity to circulate the water of the large capacity and special structure design of the swimming pool. Thus, it is noneconomic and not effective since the water circulates at the low speed.

Since the pool for the house is for resort, the method for circulating the water is not well used. Also, it can not be used for hard swimming exercise and it has the structure in that the old, the weak, and the children can not swim safely. Thus, it has not various function such as the walking exercise in the flowing water.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is therefore an object of the present invention for solving the above problem to provide a health pool for forcibly and rapidly circulating the water mono-directionally to thereby obtain best swimming effect, for heavily performing the swimming exercise by using a human body pulling unit, for safely performing the swimming exercise of children, safely enabling the old and the weak to perform the swimming exercise, and for performing walking exercise of the weak in the flowing water.

The above object can be achieved according to the first aspect of the present invention with a health pool, comprising: a body which has a vacuum between an inner tube and the body, a path at a lower portion, holes for penetrating the water generated by the waves, in all directions of the inner tube, and a ladder for forming a groove at outer surface and being fixed by a pin; a water circulation unit where each of dividing tubes are installed at two portions of a water pump installed in the body, horses of two strings are connected to each dividing tubes, an injection nozzle fixed at the inner tube is connected to the tip of the horse and an inhaling nozzle fixed at the inner tube is connected to the tip of the horse; a rail which is vertically installed at upper surface of the body while having the form of"C"; a movement unit for connecting a horizontal frame where a knob is protruded, to the center of a vertical frame where rollers inserted into the rail are symmetrically assembled, connecting a ring of a spning balance assembled at the rail, to a ring, and hanging the spring balance having a ring at a ring of the vertical frame; a human body pulling unit having a spring balance where a string is connected at a ring of a vest where the ring is formed at a belt; and, an abdomen supporting unit where a conical spring is assembled at an upper portion of a supporter installed at the bottom of the inner tube by a bolt, and the abdomen supporter is assembled over the spring BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS A more complete appreciation of this invention, many of the attendant advantages thereof, will be readily apparent as the same becomes better understood by reference to the following detailed description when considered in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which like reference symbols indicate the same or similar elements components, wherein, FIG. 1 is a side view illustrating the present invention ; FIG. 2 is a sectional view illustrating the present invention where only a body is sectional ; FIG. 3 is a sectional view illustrating a line 5-5 of FIG. 2 ; FIG. 4 is a side view illustrating the state where a movement unit according to the present invention is installed at a body, for reference ; FIG. 5 is a side view illustrating the movement unit according to the present invention, for reference ; FIG. 6 is a side view illustrating a water circulation unit according to the present invention, for reference, and FIG. 7 is a side view illustrating a human body pulling unit according to the present invention, for reference.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be in detail explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a side view illustrating the present invention, corresponding to an example of embodiments of the present invention. FIG, 1 comprises a cover 70 having a knob 72 at an upper portion of a body 10, a cover 80, and a door 90 having a knob 91 between the cover 70 and the cover 80. A solar collecting plate 92 is shaped at the upper surface of the door 90, which is for properly being used in the present invention after generating the electricity with using the solar heat. Transparent bodies 71 and 81 such as glass and transparent polycarbonate are installed at three surfaces of the covers 70 and 80, which are convenient for use in outdoor or open-air. That is, it can be used in indoor and outdoor, and in four seasons. A ladder 16 can be inserted into a groove 14 at side surface of the body 10, and in use, the ladder 16 is used by being extracted as shown in the drawing. A hole 17 of the rectangular form is shaped at an upper portion of the ladder 16 and a pin 15 us penetrated in the hole 17, thereby generating no problem in extracting or inserting the ladder 16 from or into the ladder 16.

The present invention can be used in the case that the user opens the door 90 and comes into the inner tube 11. At this time, it is general to fill the inner tube 11 with the water. And, as not shown in the drawing, it is also general that a drain coke of penetrating the inner tube 11 and the body 10 is installed. Then, dirty water can be extracted and clean water can also be inserted into the inner tube 11 with the drain coke. It is also preferable that the height of the surface of the water in the inner tube 11 is a few lower than the position of the holes 12 formed in four directions of the inner tube 11, as shown in FIG. 2. As depicted in FIG. 2, an abdomen supporting unit 60 is equipped at the center of the inner tube 11 and a water pump 21 of the water circulation unit 20 is installed in the vacuum between the inner tube 11 and the body 10, an injection nozzle 25 is fixed at the right surface of the inner tube 11 and an inhalation nozzle 27 is fixed at the left surface thereof. A spring balance 51 of the human body pulling unit 50 is also installed at the vacuum between the inner tube 11 and the body 10, so that it is preferable that the spring balance 51 is fitted at the left surface thereof and a few lower portion than the height of the surface of the water. A string 52 and the spring balance 51 are connected at a ring 54 of a vest 53, as illustrated in FIG. 3.

FIG. 4 is a side view illustrating the state where a movement unit according to the present invention is installed at a body, for reference, the spring balances 37a are fitted at the tip of the left of a rail 40. A ring 35a is connected at the ring 35 of a vertical frame 31. A ring 36 at the center of the vertical frame 31 is hanged at another spring balance 37 and rollers 32 are inserted into the rail 40.

Firstly, describe the example that the swimming athlete and the general person perform the swimmmg exercise. At this time, the water pump 21 is operated, thereby flowing the water in the direction of the arrow. The abdomen supporting unit 60 can be extracted and it is regardless to not use the human body pulling unit 50. Namely, in this state, the general person can naturally and comfortably perform the swimming exercise like swimming in the swimming pool. However, the person that is desirous to more hardly perform the swimming excercise and the swimming athlete can be swum by increasing the speed of the current, the flowing speed of the water and putting the vest 53 of the human body pulling unit 50, simultaneously. At this case, because the speed of the current is rapid, hard swimming is required so that the human body can be not swept. And further, the hard swimming is also required because the spring balance 51 pulls the human body into a direction of flowing the water. Therefore, it is possible to perform the swimming exercise of the good quality. Here, the person that are not accustomed in the swimming can be swum while placing the abdomen over the abdomen supporter of the abdomen supporting unit 60.

The water which is injected from the injection nozzle 25 by the operation of the water pump, is injected straightly and then, the water in the inner tube 11 is flown in the direction of the arrow. It is most preferable that the distance"L"shaped by the injection nozzle 25 and the inhaling nozzle 27 is nearly similar to the width of the human body. As a result, the speed of the current of the water in the inner tube 11 is most rapid between the injection nozzle 25 and the inhaling nozzle 27 and relatively slow in the other portions. Therefore, the water at the maximum can be flown with minimum power by making the speed of the current of the water in the position where the human body is placed, to be fast and the other position to be slow. Likewise, the effect of the swimming exercise can be best obtained by making the speed of the current of the water in the position where the human body is placed to be fast. Naturally, waves are generated in the inner tube 11 according to swimming and further, the waves are more hardly generated in the inner tube 11 having the small size. Consequently, in the case of inhaling the water upon breathing, the water waves hardly, so that the swimming can be disturbed. For the sake of solving the above problems, the holes 12 at the position more upper than the height of the surface of the water in the four directions in the inner tube 11 are plurally formed and the wave is penetrated in the vacuum where the body and the inner tube 10, thereby removing the frequent generation of the waves.

Meantime, the children, the old, and the weak that can swim regardless of having rather uncomfortable body, can be swum safely and lightly by placing the body, the abdomen over the abdomen supporter 63 of the abdomen supporting unit 60 while making the speed of the current of the water to be slow. In the state where the water is not flown, they can swim while putting the vest of the human body pulling unit 50 and placing the abdomen over the abdomen supporter 53 of the abdomen supporting unit 60. Since the pulling force of the spring balance 51 is operated at the human body, the swimming exercise can be performed more hardly.

Next, the method for using the movement unit 30 will be described hereinafter.

The above movement unit 30 is used for the exercise in the water of the old that can not swim, the children that are desirous to swim, and the weak. That is, the above movement unit 30 is used by coming in the water, puting the vest 53, knobbing the knob 34, going against the water, and restoring the original position with stepping backwards. At this case, the exercise is enough performed because of the pulling strength of the spring balance 51, and in particular, the exercise effect is large because the spring balance 37a of the movement unit 30 operates the pulling strength, simultaneously. If the rang 38 of the spring balance 37 of the vertical frame 31 is hanged at the ring 54 of the vest 53 in the case of the patient that the backbone is anormal, it is more easy to perform the walking excercise in the water because of pulling the human body upwards. Of course, in the case of the patient, the spring balance 37 can be used by using not only the vest 53 of the human body pulling unit 50 but also another vest. Also, upon the exercise, it is natural to separate the abdomen supporting unit 60 from the inner tube 11 and preserving the separated abdomen supporting unit 60 in outdoor. Accordingly, the present invention can be made with the structure in accordance with each of uses, such as the swimming exercise for the swimming athlete, for the novice, for the old, for the children, and for the patient, and simple resort.

It is general to construct the present invention with the size which one person as well as many person can be used at the same time. The present invention can perform by adhering the wheel at the bottom surface of the body and moving the body. Also, the present invention can expect the more good effect in the event of using altogether the vapor generator and various swimming can be enjoyed by using the hot water and the thermal water depending upon the situations, thereby promoting the health.

As may be apparent from the foregoing, the present invention has the advantage in that the swimming exercise can be most reasonably performed depending upon the body structure, the swimming efficiency, the health state and physical treatment effect of the swimming athlete, the general person, the old, the children and the patient. As well, the present invention can be used in four seasons, in all positions except for the indoor and outdoor, and can be simply used in any places such as the hospital, the company, all kinds of welfare facilities, the school, the army, and the house.

While there have been illustrated and described what are considered to be preferred embodiments of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made, and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the true scope of the present invention. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation to the teaching of the present invention without departing from the central scope thereof. Therefore, it is intended that the present invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed as the best mode contemplated for carrying out the present invention, but that the present invention includes all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
